Part of Hello Makers! is The Nomad Studio, which comes to your doorstep or you can join the workshop and offers a unique DIY experience. In a few hours, anybody can create their own leather goods. The basics of leather crafting are presented and experimented with during each of the workshops that Victoire has imagined.
Bags were the first focus of the studio, then espadrilles, and more recently, some decorative items. Victoire has also imagined some DIY kits with guidance to be executed in the comfort of your home.
The studio also offers a small range of hand-crafted leather products for those who love craftsmanship but don’t have time to get involved.

Victoire de Vilmorin
Founder of Hello Makers
Victoire is a French architect who graduated in 2015 and passionate about DIY and hand-crafting. She first worked in a Parisian studio as a site architect and Design architect. What she preferred at that time was going on-site getting a feel of the raw material and seeing it turning into a building. After she moved to Dubai, she decided to focus on what she loved: hand-crafting. Her passion for leather crafting and DIY dates back to her teenage days where she was creating bags for her mother and her friends.
She discovered the city wandering about in search of tools and material for her DIY projects. Her favorite location in Dubai: the old town and the thousands of hidden shops to discover. After a while, she decided to share her passion for leathercrafting with other makers Hello Makers! Was born.
