Born of her love of Indian crafts and textiles and a genuine appreciation for the skills and traditions passed down through generations of artisan families, Niyathi founded The Earthy Loft.
A brand, driven by the belief that crafts and artisans are an important part of the heritage and living history of every society/community.
Block-print quilts, handwoven clutch bags and up-cycled clothing (made in collaboration with a women’s social enterprise) will be available at the Marketplace. Niyathi would like each piece to tell a story- a story of its origin and maker, that will warm your heart when you take home an Earthy Loft creation or when you share it with loved ones. She believes that the handmade nature of their products, the subtle imperfections is what makes them unique. And to reduce overproduction, all products are made in small batches.
Simple, timeless, artisanal pieces for all people is the goal.
