Theresa Tsui and Carla Bygrave are seasoned creative and social entrepreneurs, blending their backgrounds in fashion design and business to channel their unwavering commitment to leveraging creativity for social betterment. Their shared mission centers on empowering marginalized individuals and their communities through the transformative craft of sewing.

From these experiences, they conceived and co-founded 'Skills3 Creative Enterprise for Social Impact,' an altruistic organization dedicated to delivering meticulously crafted sewing programs to marginalized populations in the UAE and beyond. The heart of these programs lies in their ability to not only impart valuable skills but also create sustainable economic opportunities through strategic retail partnerships, fostering financial mobility among beneficiaries.

In addition to their core initiatives, Skills3 collaborates with corporations to enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies. Through innovative employee engagement programs, they have achieved meaningful positive outcomes. Since 2022, in collaboration with Companies for Good, Skills3 has conducted creative CSR workshops for over 3,000 employees from 45 companies, driving social impact in the UAE, Iraq, India, and Nepal.
