As part of Dubai Design Week 2016, Moooi Carpets and Dubai-based superstudio announce the Design Your Own Carpet Competition, open to architects and designers from the region.
Artistic Director of Moooi, Marcel Wanders will select the winning carpet design, which will be announced by superstudio during Dubai Design Week 2016; and sold thereafter as part of the Moooi Carpets Signature Collection.
Designers that have confirmed their participation so far include Downtown Design exhibitors Pallavi Dean and Khalid Shafar, along with GAJ, dwp, VSHD, KCA, AK Design, Wilson Associates, Jafar Dajani, Broadway Interiors and Layan Halwani.
Designers have until August 15 to submit their final work.
