Today is the last day to attend showCACE 2016, a presentation of senior projects by students in the College of the Arts and Creative Enterprises (CACE) at Zayed University, taking place in the atrium of Building 7, Dubai Design District (d3).
Projects in this exhibition represent work developed by students in four CACE majors: Animation Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design and Visual Arts. These budding artists and designers bring their work to a professional platform after months of intense research, creative thinking, problem solving and rigorous critique with both industry guests and faculty. This year students presented work at Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi from 10– 28th May and at d3 from 12-21st May.
CACE alumni herald some of the most prestigious design awards in the industry, including: the Gulf Capital –ADMAF Creativity Award, The Christo & Jeanne Claude Award, the Sheikha Manal Young Artist Award and the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority’s Qasr al Hosn Cultural District Mosque Competition.
