A special emphasis on sustainable living can be found throughout the eccentric exhibition. The outdoors have been taken indoors to bring back nature and show creative ways of living sustain-ably. Get ready to feel like a child again.
This month IKEA launched their latest collaboration, done with the Danish design company HAY. The collection includes a wide variety of products, from larger pieces such as sofas and coffee tables all the way to smaller accessories like an updated version of the iconic blue IKEA bag. DELAKTIG is a platform for social living, co-created with designer Tom Dixon. It challenges traditional production methods and redefines the concept of comfort. It can be a bed or a sofa or a chaise lounge, and you can add on components as you go.
