Join celebrated LA artist, Paige Smith, and turn your every day, ordinary objects into extraordinary design pieces! With a choice of three everyday objects, attendees will learn how to embellish ordinary items with hand-made kirigami structures. Using mathematical nets Paige will guide participants as they craft their very own sculptures. Paige will also discuss her experience and processes for THINGS [EXTRA]ORDINARY, a series of pop-up design installation pieces across the city of Dubai.
