During Dubai Design Week, award winning Italian seafood restaurant BiCE Mare, will be offering an exciting and very unique food design experience for every customer. Talented Head Chef Leonardo Maltese, will be showcasing an underwater themed presentation each evening, and a special 5 course degustation menu will follow in this theme. Visitors can expect to be surprised and delighted while experiencing the underwater themed courses which including edible sand, rocks and coral. Special fish and seafood will has been imported specifically for the occasion, married along with fresh Mediterranean herbs and lots of smokey effects!
