Tashkeel is hosting an exhibition of the Tanween Design Programme at its gallery in Nad Al Sheba. Now in its fourth year, Tanween is run in collaboration with Small is Beautiful, providing the designers with an exclusive opportunity of sustained mentorship with established designers and curators through a series of workshops.

Tanween enhances the diversity of the region’s cultural skills and resources and provides a unique opportunity for selected designers to create products that exemplify design innate to the UAE, which are presented each year at Design Days Dubai.

Previous participants in Tanween include: Amer Aldour, Latifa Saeed, Rand Abdul Jabbar, Saher Oliver Samman, Studio MUJU (Jumana Taha and Mentalla Said), Talin Hazbar, Zeinab Al Hashemi and Zuleika Penniman.
