Designathon Works: Solving Water Challenges
Children from eighteen cities around the globe will come together for the third time ever to work in parallel and design solutions for the better world. They will discuss and ideate around the water issues, imagine sustainable solutions, build prototypes and present them to each other via a live connection. In Dubai, there will be 25-30 students aged 7-12 from 5 to 6 different schools from across the UAE. The talk panel will feature Designathon Works, Expo2020, Suqia Water Aid Foundation by DEWA, Veragon Water, & the Future Foundation.

Global Children’s Designathon at Rise DCH
Children from eighteen cities around the globe will come together for the third time ever to work in parallel and design solutions for the better world. They will discuss and ideate around the water issues, imagine sustainable solutions, build prototypes and present them to each other via a live connection. The Dubai chapter of GCD will take place at Rise Dubai Creek Harbour, a weekly weekend event for families that presents rising concepts and ideas, food & retail pop-ups, as well as kid’s activities and live entertainment. There will be a dedicated area for the Global Children’s Designathon.
