Once again, Mirzam’s chocolate makers are working again with multimedia artist and photographer Sheikha Wafa Hasher Al Maktoum, to create a limited-edition chocolate bar and wrapper for Dubai Design Week.

Once again, Mirzam’s chocolate makers are working again with multimedia artist and photographer Sheikha Wafa Hasher Al Maktoum, to create a limited-edition chocolate bar and wrapper for Dubai Design Week. Wafa has developed a patterned art piece, crafted to highlight the richly flavoured Emirati ingredient; camel milk.

Mirzam creates chocolate with just three ingredients: cocoa beans, unrefined cane sugar and a small amount of cocoa butter. The production process has been designed to be transparent, so visitors to the chocolate factory can experience every aspect of chocolate making, from roasting cocoa beans to hand wrapping each bar.
