Making Space is a pop-up studio which offers a five-day programme of workshops and children's activities throughout Dubai Design Week conducted by a wide group of UAE-based, regional and international designers and professional creatives.

These diverse workshops provide visitors of all ages the opportunity to sign up, drop in and get hands-on experience of the process behind design and creativity. The extensive programme is a fun, interactive part of the Dubai Design Week experience, and ranges from modelling, sculpting and 3D printing, to weaving and sketching.

The children’s programme is an integral part of Making Space. Held during the weekend, it is aimed at families and children who are welcome to drop in and take part in a variety of activities.
