This workshop by SSH Architects will show attendees how to use and apply certain software design tools to convert two-dimensional drawings into three-dimensional models.

This workshop will showcase tools and innovation of design. As the biggest challenge for architects, design is not simply about having an overall creative vision, but also about translating that vision into reality. For this to happen, certain software design tools must be used to convert two-dimensional drawings into three-dimensional models. This workshop aims to identify those tools and shows attendees how to apply them. Different software programs will be showcased, including Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max and 3D printing. Participants will also get the chance to experience the SSH VR setup, providing greater insight into the creative world of architecture.

The workshop is targeted towards school leavers, young architects and university students.
