Participants were guided through the steps of mixing henna whilst learning about the depths of its history and significance.

In celebration of the long-established tradition of henna, Azra Khamissa guided participants through the steps of mixing henna while explaining its history, culture, health benefits and significance. Using stencil stickers, participants then applied their henna in a collaborative and individual assemblage.

The workshop fee included a DIY kit that includes all the ingredients and supplies needed for making henna cones, such as henna powder and essential oils, as well as stencil stickers.
