The workshop will focus on the digital delivery of projects using BIM platforms, highlighting the importance of information management on projects and the role of BIM in that process. Attendees can also look forward to discussions on how a single source of truth is established from the bid stage to facility management, and on the process and workflows followed during every stage of a project from bid to handover.
