With every ebb and flow of the sea comes a new story.

The story of this product is indeed from the sea and in specific the waters of the UAE.

In the past, the people of the UAE had a strong bond with the sea and they found innovative ways to understand it and benefit from its richness. The sea was used as a means of trade, but it also provided them with plenty of seafood and rich oyster beds which provided the finest of pearls. This maritime heritage displayed many sea crafts where the people used local materials to create innovative solutions in ship building, net weaving and many more.

Ebb 2.1 is a collection of portable table lamps that take inspiration from the maritime heritage of the UAE and its many traditional sea crafts and their forms.

EBB 2.1 will be featured at the UAE Designer Exhibition, supported by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture)
