Roudha Al Shamsi's NSJ project celebrates the profound connection between handmade craftsmanship and cultural storytelling.

Handcrafted by Zuleya Artisans in Afghanistan, NSJ showcases the rich tapestry of human imperfections and hand gestures, reflecting the essence of culture, tradition, and values. Woven into each thread is the universal language of weaving, indigenous to every nation. This artistic endeavor is a testament to the enduring bond between craft and heritage. Additionally, it is aligned with the Fatima Bint Mohamed Bin Zayed Initiative (FBMI), which empowers underprivileged communities, with a focus on women, through sustainable employment and social services. Zuleya, a social enterprise within FBMI, exemplifies the project's commitment to social change through art.

Reviving Kajoujah will be featured at the UAE Designer Exhibition, supported by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture)
