Explored the interplay of industrial materials and art, transforming discarded metal into abstract figures that reflected on waste and renewal through light and patterns.

Windows of Origin was an abstract exploration of the delicate interplay between industrial material and process. Through transparency, pattern, and texture, it revealed the hidden narratives of discarded materials, transforming them into a medium of artistic expression through basic processes. The installation featured collective standalone figures rolled from metal skeletons left over after laser cutting. Laser cutting, at the core of modern metal fabrication, is a technique that shapes many objects and structures around us, often originating from these very metal sheets.

Each distinctive window cut into the sheets acted as a portal, inviting light to dance and play, casting intricate patterns that shifted and evolved with the viewer’s perspective. These shifting patterns whispered stories of transformation and renewal, calling viewers to reflect on their own perceptions of waste and value.
